Tom has been with Muir West Realty since earning his Real Estate license in 1987. Over the years, he admits to "learning volumes from the 'old timers' that have been such a vital part of the Muir West family." With that knowledge, he has enjoyed a successful career with transactions ranging from raw land to condominiums to commercial leases; and, of course, the single family home. Although he also maintained a parallel career as a professional firefighter for over 25 years, Tom believes the two roles complemented each other well.
"My clients know they can count on me to be clear and unambiguous when it comes time to either prepare a home for sale or evaluate a potential purchase. I'm not afraid to get dirty either, as in throwing on coveralls and taking a look at something so that I might better explain a given issue. As my fire service career has now come to an end, I look forward to even more time with friends, family and clients."
Tom's family has built two homes in Martinez over the years and are happy to say they have no plans to live anywhere else. They have enjoyed being a part of the community and support local organizations including the Muir Heritage Land Trust and the Alhambra High School Sports Boosters.
