Roxi Susini Leal, Realtor Associate

Perhaps Roxi looks familiar to you as she’s been in the Real Estate business for several years specializing in Contra Costa County. Roxi is a member in good standing of the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, the local Contra Costa Association of Realtors (including Alameda County and the East Bay Area), Solano Association of Realtors (including Marin, Mendocino and Sonoma Counties), along with both the Paragon and Bareis Multiple Listing Services. Her mission is to provide clients with the most innovative marketing available along with uncompromised service.

Roxi and her husband, Dave, own and operate a cattle ranch located in the Franklin Canyon area of Martinez.  Her family migrated to Martinez from a small Tuscan village in Italy in 1908; and needless to say, she’s seen a lot of changes over the years! She’s proud of being an Alhambra Alumni, as were her parents, aunts and uncles.

In 1965, Roxi began her career at a law office located in Downtown Martinez where she had the opportunity to work with many of the landowners throughout Contra Costa County gaining expertise in the area’s real estate. The entrepreneurial spirit beckoned in 1985 where she owned, managed and operated SOS Secretarial Office Services in Downtown Walnut Creek, an executive suites, secretarial and answering service business.

A lifetime of experiences have contributed to Roxi’s vast knowledge and understanding of the area, her clients’ wants and needs and the business savvy necessary to remain "on top" today’s real estate market.
