David Silva is a fourth generation Martinez native.
David Silva and Jack Lucido teamed up in the mid 1970’s when they both joined Old Olympia Realty, a well-respected real estate agency in Martinez. They quickly became friends, and in 1982 formed a business partnership, purchasing Old Olympia and relocating to 1734 Alhambra Ave. In 1987 Old Olympia Realty became Muir West Realty and is still at the same location today. Muir West Realty continues their legacy of being a valued pillar of the community supporting local residents with their home buying and selling needs.
Dave has a high regard for the results-oriented and highly experienced professionals on their team. Beyond any other brokerage in the area, Muir West Realty has the connections and expertise to close transactions and make their clients dreams come true. David Silva also attended local schools, graduating from Alhambra High, earning a BA degree in Liberal Arts from St. Mary’s College, Moraga, California followed by a teaching credential and Masters in Education & Counselling.
